By purchasing and/or using the Summer Pass (the "Pass") for Creator Camp, you ("You" or the "Pass Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions").
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pass at Creator Camp locations and are designed to ensure a positive experience for all Pass Holders.
Pass Usage:
The Pass is valid for use by the named individual Pass Holder only and is not transferable. Proof of identity may be required at the time of use.
The Pass is valid for the summer season of the year purchased only, for camps directly hosted by Creator Camp. Camps at partner locations, identifiable by the "3rd Party Registration" tag on our location map, are excluded.
Inclusions and Limitations:
The Pass includes access to all camps hosted by Creator Camp, subject to availability. Pre-registration for each camp is strongly recommended to ensure a spot. Where applicable, the Pass includes free lunch, free aftercare, and free iPad rental, subject to the specific offerings of each location.
Device rental, lunch, and late pick-up services are subject to availability and may not be offered at all locations. Please verify the amenities available at your selected location in advance.
Registration and Booking:
Pass Holders must register for their chosen camps in advance through the Creator Camp website. Camps cannot be attended without prior registration.
Availability for camps and associated services (such as lunch and device rental) is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is advised. Pass Holders should only book camps they intend to attend. No-show fees may apply, or the Pass may be revoked for repeated absences without notification.
Cancellation and Refunds:
The Pass is refundable anytime before the first creator camp session the student attends. If for any reason a camp must be canceled by Creator Camp, Pass Holders will have the option to select an alternative camp of equal value, subject to availability. Pass Holders may cancel their registration for a specific camp up to 14 days before the start date of the camp. No refunds will be given for cancellations, but Pass Holders may choose another available camp of equal value. No-show fees may be applied for missed camps without prior cancellation or notification. Repeated no-shows may result in the revocation of the Pass. After the student attends their first day of camp, the pass is non-refundable.
Conduct and Safety:
Pass Holders are expected to adhere to the conduct and safety guidelines provided by Creator Camp and its staff. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in expulsion from the camp without refund or compensation. Creator Camp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Creator Camp website.
Liability:Creator Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Pass Holders are encouraged to leave valuables at home. By using the Pass, Pass Holders release Creator Camp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to the Pass Holder or any other person, including personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal items.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the purchase and use of the Pass will be used in accordance with Creator Camp's Privacy Policy, available on our website. For any questions or further information regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact Creator Camp directly. Your purchase and use of the Pass signify your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
